Refusal of website development:

KAK Web Design holds the right to refuse to build or service any website for any reason.

Sites for immoral purposes

KAK Web Design will NOT build sites that are going to contain sexual acts, child pornography, or any other improper content.

Individuals under legal contract age.

We require a that the person requesting the website or representative of that person or organization sign a contract prior to building a website.

KAK Web Design holds the right to refuse website development to individuals under contract age.

We will NOT knowingly develop sites for anyone below 18 years of age (legal contract age).
